Capital Grille employee in Providence accused of filming in co-ed restroom
PROVIDENC, R.I. (AP) โ A 24-year-old Providence restaurant worker is accused of filming video in a co-ed restroom.
Police last week charged Marco Northup-Jones, of Cranston, with two counts of video voyeurism and one count of disorderly conduct.
A female coworker at The Capital Grille restaurant told police she found Northup-Jones’ cellphone recording from a locker in the restroom, which also serves as an employee changing room. She says the phone had already recorded 30 minutes of video.
Northup-Jones is being held pending a court appearance. It was not clear if he has hired an attorney.
