Police seeking car that hit motorcycle and fled, injuring 2

WINDSOR, Mass. (AP) — Massachusetts authorities are urging anyone with information about a hit-and-run crash that injured two people riding a motorcycle to come forward.

State police say a 55-year-old man was driving a motorcycle on Route 9 in Windsor Saturday afternoon when a car that was traveling the opposite direction turned left in front of it.

Police say the motorcycle crashed into the car, which immediately fled the scene.

Police say the motorcycle driver and his 57-year-old female passenger were taken to the hospital. They say the man suffered serious injuries and the woman received minor injuries.

Police say they’re searching for a blue, Subaru SUV with damage to the passenger side.
