QUINCY, Mass. (AP) — A man is accused of dealing drugs out of a minivan in Quincy while two young children were in the backseat.
The Patriot Ledger reports that the man was arrested Wednesday after officers saw him stop the van outside a home and sell about 8 grams of cocaine.
Police say they found an infant and a child less than 2 years old sitting in the back of the van. A woman was also a passenger in the van.
The man has not been identified and is accused of providing a fake ID that lists stolen information.
He faces charges including distribution of cocaine, reckless endangerment of children, conspiracy to violate drug laws and identity fraud.
The woman was not charged and told police she didn’t know about the drug deal.
