Congressman Seth Moulton and his wife, Liz Moulton, have welcomed the arrival of their first child — a baby girl named Emmy, he said in a social media post Friday morning.
In the post, the Massachusetts Democrat said it was difficult to describe how proud he was of his newborn, as well as his “amazing wife.”
Pretty hard to describe how proud I am of this little girl I only just met, and of my amazing wife, @liznmoulton. The nurses keep saying Emmy is “strong”—so now I’m living with two strong women. And I’m the better for it. pic.twitter.com/tYqiA0Davt

This past Father’s Day, the couple used the occasion to announce they were expecting on Twitter.
Excited to announce I will be outnumbered in our house this fall! At least milk will still be the drink of choice. pic.twitter.com/qnfUhtGOeU
