New Hampshire man accused of killing brother’s husky

Gerard Bosse, 38, of Derry, allegedly slit the dog's throat with a knife in October.

BRENTWOOOD, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire man has been accused of killing his brother’s dog and throwing the animal in a dumpster.

WMUR-TV reports a Rockingham County grand jury indicted 38-year-old Gerard Bosse, of Derry, on a charge of cruelty to animals.

Court documents say Bosse slit the dog’s throat with a knife in October.

His brother owned the dog, a 10-year-old husky named Lexi.

It wasn’t immediately known if Bosse had an attorney. A phone number rang unanswered.
