A car slammed into an Allston liquor store — and the impact was caught on camera

First responders used the Jaws of Life to remove the woman from the car.

A woman was hospitalized early Tuesday morning after her car crashed through the window of an Allston liquor store, prompting emergency crews to extract her from the wreck, officials said.

According to Boston police, the vehicle slammed into Marty’s liquor store at 103 North Beacon St. around 2:22 a.m.

First responders used the Jaws of Life to remove the woman from the car, Boston Fire Department spokesman Brian Alkins told Boston.com.

She was unconscious at the scene and brought to a hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, according to officials.

No charges against the woman were filed, and the incident is not considered criminal, police said.
