After police chase, Norwood man arrested on carjacking, OUI charges
A Norwood man was arrested for allegedly stealing a car and leading local police and state troopers on a chase through two towns and two interstate highways, State Police said.
Timothy Kennedy, 44, of Norwood was charged with carjacking, operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stop for police and operating to endanger, State Police said in a statement.
Kennedy allegedly stole a car in Norwood, which police said was “forcefully stolen from their town,’’ at 5:28 p.m., the statement said.
