CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Work is about to start to fix a bridge on Interstate 93 in Concord, New Hampshire, that was hit by a dump truck.
The state Department of Transportation said the work is scheduled to begin Monday and take six weeks to finish.
A southbound lane of I-93 will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition, southbound Exit 17E will be closed and traffic will be detoured to exit 17W.
The department says one of the steel beams that hold up the Route 4, or Hoit Road, bridge over the interstate will need to be straightened.
