Authorities said a man in his 50s was killed in an apparent homicide Tuesday night.

Everett police issued a warning to the public on Wednesday after a man in his 50s was stabbed to death in an apparent homicide on Tuesday evening.

The Middlesex District Attorney’s office said Everett police and fire responded to a report of a stabbing on Bradford Terrace around 9:07 p.m. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No one had been charged in connection with the incident as of Wednesday morning.

Police said it was the second stabbing incident in the last 10 days on Bradford Terrace and urged the public to “use caution when traveling in the night time hours in the area between Ferry St and Cedar St.” as their investigations continue.

“The public is urged to call the police if they observe anything out of the ordinary or to report information that may be relative to these crimes,” the department said.

The DA’s office said the investigation into the apparent homicide remains “open and active.”
