2 Hyde Park men were killed in a crash on I-95 in Rhode Island

Two passengers were treated for nonlife-threatening injuries, police said.

Two Hyde Park men are dead after police say the vehicle they were in went off of I-95 northbound in Warwick, Rhode Island, and hit a tree around 4 a.m. Sunday.

Driver Romario A. Cameron, 24, and Johny G. Goyau, 25, who was in the front seat, were both pronounced dead at the scene. Cameron was ejected from the vehicle, police said. Two passengers in the back, ages 18 and 23, also of Hyde Park, were brought to Rhode Island Hospital where they were treated for nonlife-threatening injuries, according to police.

All were wearing seatbelts, police said. The crash is being investigated.
