Transit police asking for help identifying person who allegedly used racial slurs on train, threw bottle at woman

Transit police are looking for a person accused of saying racial slurs to a woman while on a train between Kendall and Park Street stations, according to a press release.

The incident happened around 10:53 a.m. on Friday, and the woman was in the company of a one-year-old child, authorities said.

The suspect also allegedly threw a bottle at her, according to police.

Transit police released photos of a person of interest. If anyone knows who he is, or where he is, police are asking them to call the department’s criminal investigation unit at (617) 222-1050, or send an anonymous tip by texting 873873.
