You are running as a Republican, aren’t you, Scott Brown?

The Washington Post’s In the Loop blog reported that the ex-Massachusetts US Senator — who is expected to officially enter the New Hampshire US Senate race later this week — missed a check box indicating his party affiliation on a form filed with the Federal Election Commission.

The Brown committee received a letter from the Federal Election Commission on Friday with a gentle reminder that Brown needed to select a party. As of Monday morning, his file on the FEC Web site did not have him listed as a Republican.

Brown’s campaign called it an “administrative oversight,’’ according to the blog.
