Here’s the Clinton-Sanders hug that solidified their new alliance

It’s the moment Hillary Clinton supporters have been waiting for since she clinched the Democratic nomination for president last month.

Bernie Sanders endorsed Hillary Clinton at a rally in New Hampshire on Tuesday, and the two embraced in a hug symbolic of the new alliance between the two candidates.

“Hillary Clinton will make an outstanding president and I am proud to stand with her here today,” Sanders said in prepared remarks.

“That was so great,” Clinton whispered to Sanders at the end of the hug.
