Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren has been campaigning for Hillary Clinton for months now, so it came as no surprise when she cast her vote for the former secretary of state alongside her husband, Bruce Mann, in Cambridge Tuesday morning.

Warren also tweeted out a photo greeting children at the Graham and Parks School, where her polling place is located, claiming that Clinton was winning the classroom election.

In a recent appearance on The Ellen Show, Warren told host Ellen DeGeneres that she wanted her grandchildren to know that women are an important part of the country’s political process.

“This is your chance, in this election, to see that women stand up for themselves,” Warren said. “They fight their own battles, and women can win. I believe that.”
