‘He’s a sweetie’: Meet Elizabeth Warren’s new puppy
“There's a lot of pain and chaos in the world right now -- we decided to bring a little gentleness and normalcy into our lives.”

There’s a new, four-legged member of Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s household.
The Massachusetts Democrat announced Sunday that when she returned home from Washington on Thursday, her husband, Bruce, “had someone new waiting for me.”
Warren shared a photo on social media of the couple’s new puppy, who she said hasn’t been named yet but is “a sweetie.”

The senator, who is running for re-election, said she expects the pup to bring some “normalcy” to their lives.
“There’s a lot of pain and chaos in the world right now — we decided to bring a little gentleness and normalcy into our lives,” she wrote.
Warren and her husband previously were parents to another golden retriever, Otis, who died five days before she was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012.
