Aaron Hernandez has reached a settlement with a man alleging the former Patriots player shot him in the face, according to The Boston Globe.

Alexander Bradley and Hernandez settled out of court in Florida for an undisclosed sum, according to the Globe. Bradley alleged Hernandez shot him in the eye in February 2013 in Riviera Beach, Fla.

Bradley’s lawyers wrote in a court filing that “this matter has been settled,’’ according to the Globe.

Authorities say Bradley was with Hernandez when he shot and killed Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in July 2012. Hernandez is currently serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin L. Lloyd.
