Shaniqua Shaw had 10 of her team-high 12 points in the second half and she added four defensive rebounds, while Lydia Vital had 10 points for the Hilltoppers (4-1) against Milton Academy (4-1) in the first round of the Nobles Tournament in Dedham. Lexi Hackett had seven rebounds for Worcester Academy, while Abbi Peltier came off the bench to hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with eight points.
