Mark DeVries scored at the buzzer, hitting a short jumper on a drive in the lane, to lift the host Spartans (5-0) past the Tigers (2-3). Brandon Burril had hit a three-point play with 10 seconds left to tie it for Douglas. Burril and Nolan Karsok each had a team-high 9 points. Kenny Paulhus had 21 points to lead Uxbridge, while Darren DeSena had 17 rebounds.
