Senior Jason Chan, junior John Zou and sophomore Kevin LaGasse each won two individual events, with all three also taking part in the Hilltoppers' winning 200 medley (1:45.54) and 400 free (3:30.75) relays. Robbie Hanson completed their foursome as the visitors set the pool record at Wilbraham & Monson (1-1) in both events. Zou also set the pool record in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.22) and won the 200 individual medley (2:12.16) as Worcester Academy won its season opener. Chan's victories came in the 100 freestyle (51.84) and 100 backstroke (59.16), while LaGasse took the 200 freestyle (1:55.81) and 100 butterfly (56.08).
