Amanda Wood made two free throws with 4.4 seconds left to lift the visiting Spartans (11-8) past the Patriots (9-11) after Mackensey Farina had given North Middlesex the lead with 15 seconds to go. Wood finished with 25 points, while Rachel Quaye added 13 for Oakmont. Farina had 20, Kimberly Morgan 13 and Maddie Balassie 12 for the Patriots who need to win at Gardner on Wednesday to qualify for the Central Mass. Tournament.
