Senior captain Ryan Spodick and sophomores Zach Goodwin and Pat Conway were double winners as the visiting Mountaineers (3-0) edged the Tigers (2-2). Goodwin won the 200 individual medley (2:22.49) and 500 free (5:46.29), Conway took the 100 butterfly (1:06.16) and 100 backstroke (1:02.67) and Spodick captured the 50 (24.47) and 100 (55.58) freestyles. Wachusett sophomore Shannon Kelley qualified for sectionals with a 1:07.99 in the 100 butterfly.
