Colby Milton scored a game-high 20 points for the fifth-seeded Panthers (12-8), who fended off the fourth-seeded Rams (13-7) in a Large School quarterfinal at the Kneller Center. Quabbin will play top-seeded Clinton in a semifinal at 7:45 on Thursday. Dylan Kierman scored 11 points and Griffin Bennett scored 9 for Quabbin, while Justin Terlizzi and Tyler Martin each scored 13 points for Shepherd Hill.
