The No. 4 Crusaders scored 10 of their 18 points in overtime from the free throw line, while David Cady (12 points) hit two of his four 3-pointers in the extra frame to lead South Lancaster (15-3) past the visiting No. 13 Minutemen (12-9). The Crusaders will host No. 5 Abby Kelley (17-4), their WCAC rivals, at 7 p.m. Saturday. Senior Kofi Omane had eight of his game-high 22 points in overtime, and shook off a box-and-one defense from Bay Path that held him to just three points in the first half. Anthony Baez led the Minutemen with 20 points, eight rebounds and four steals, while Nate Youngs added 19 points. Cady shadowed Bay Path's long-range threat Jarod Schutrick and held him to just 10 points and one 3-pointer. The Crusaders went on a 10-0 run to close out the first half and cut the Bay Path lead to 27-26. Baez tied the game late in regulation to force overtime, as a last-second SLA 3-pointer fell short.
