Casey Arpin pitched a two-hitter and struck out 12 to lead the No. 9 Rebels (5-3) past the visiting Highlanders (3-2). Libby McCusker had three hits, while Molly Terry singled and tripled, and Rachel Froio had a single, double and two RBIs for Notre Dame. For Doherty, Annalie Walsh-Costello singled and scored, and Emily Mooshian singled.
