Sarah Smith's single in the eighth scored Evelyn Marquis to give the Pirates (2-0) the walk-off win over the visiting Rams (2-1). Marquis had two hits and two runs and threw a complete game, striking out six for the win. Jamie Brodeur's two-run single in the sixth tied the game, 3-3, for the Pirates, while Northbridge's Codi Bennett had two singles and a triple.
