With the bases loaded in the top of the sixth, left fielder Eric Frechette made a diving catch and threw out a baserunner for an inning-ending double play, keeping the Rams' 6-3 lead safe. Peter Lawrence started the game, allowing three runs in five innings, and Ned Doherty got the save.
