The Patriots trailed, 1-0, midway through the first half but finished the half with strong defense and goaltending. Senior Abby Gramaglia scored the tying goal on an assist from sophomore Maggie D'Eramo with just under 13 minutes to play. Concord-Carlisle carried the momentum into overtime and netted the winner with 1:07 left in the first OT. Sophomore Madeline Leahy headed in a corner kick by freshman Tess Abbott to end the game and clinch a spot in the Division 2 North final against Wilmington Monday at 12 p.m. at Manning Field.
