Junior Ryan Miller had four goals and three assists as his lime that includes classmate Ryan McCarthy and senior Dan McNamara piled up 18 points as the visiting Patriots (2-1) topped the Wildcats (1-1-1 at Buffone Rink. McCarthy had a hat trick and added three assists, while McNamara amassed five assists for North Middlesex. The only goal the line didn't have a hand in was the sixth score, when P.J. Dupre and Ryan Twomey had the helpers on Miller's power-play goal. Worcester was defeated at home for the first time since the 2010-11 season. Sophomore Cooper Blanchard scored for the Wildcats.
