Senior co-captain Marc Happy had a hat trick, while sophomore linemate Robbie Roche added a goal and two assists to lead the No. 2 Mountaineers (3-0-1,2-0 Quinn) past Panthers (0-3-1, 0-1) at North Star Youth Forum. Sam Voss scored for Marlboro to give the Panthers a 1-0 lead in the second period, but Wachusett responded with three goals from Happy, then tallies from Tanyon Ventres and Roche. Andrew Carter made 12 saves for the Mountaineers.
