Justin Bowker had a game-high 18 points to lead the No. 3 Mountaineers (10-2, 6-1 Midland A) past the host Patriots (5-9, 1-7). Ryan McCarthy (16 points) and Brian Quinn (10) also finished in double figures for Wachusett. Bobby Larsen scored 11 to lead North Middlesex.
