The top-ranked Colonials (9-1, 4-0 Quinn) snapped a 1-1 tie when Jack Quinlivan scored in the third period, and Matt Andrews (11 saves) made it stand up as they nipped the No. 2 Mountaineers (7-2-2, 3-1) at North Star Forum. David Belbin gave Shrewsbury a 1-0 lead in the second period, but Wachusett's Dan Bates scored his first goal of the season 1:59 into the third period to tie it. Jake Strasser made 38 saves for the Mountaineers.
