Lexi Hackett scored a team-high 16 points and senior captain Carly Heman scored five points with nine rebounds, but the Hilltoppers fell to the host Knights in the season-opener for both teams. Caroline Soucy (17 points), Madison Sprinfield (15 points) and former Wachusett Regional star Rachel Aho had 10 points for Marianapolis.
