Led by Corey Romich, Matt Tornaritis and Gavin Keough, the Crusaders (8-11) outscored the host Spartans (11-8), 21-11, in the fourth quarter to pull out the win. Romich, Tornaritis and Keough scored 18 of Groton-Dunstable's 21 fourth-quarter points, with Tornaritis leading the way with 7 of his 16 points - Romich, a sophomore, finished with a game-high 19 points. Mike McGuirl paced Oakmont with 18 points, David Quaye added 12 points and Jon Streeks came up a bucket shy of a double-double with 8 points and 13 rebounds.
