Josie Dearborn had 12 points, while Haley Maciel added 10 as the visiting Spartans (4-4, 1-0 Wachusett C) held off a late rally from the Warriors (2-4, 0-1). Raegan Mulherin had a team-high 12 points for Narragansett, which rallied from a 15-3 halftime deficit to cut the lead to 44-42 with time running down. The Warriors had a chance to tie the game at the free throw line, but saw the potential tying basket rim out and roll out of bounds as time expired.
