Sophomore center Ben Burke scored six of his 13 points in the thrid quarter for the host Eagles (11-7, 11-5 Colonial Athletic), who outscored the Bulldogs, 22-4, in the period. Kyle Morris led Monty Tech (9-9, 7-8) with six points.
