Richard Harrington scored 13 points and Kevin Rothermich 11 for the No. 8 Sammies (11-0), who held off a charge from the host Blue Raiders (7-4). Hopedale trailed at the half, 36-20, and never took the lead in the second, but had a chance to win at the end that did not fall. Kevin Bresciani and Luke Cowen each had 15 points for the Blue Raiders.
