Nick Guaragno had a game-high 26 points, while Evan Cano added 19 to lead the visiting Woolies (7-12, 6-10) past the Spartans (3-18, 3-13) in the season finale for both teams. Sophomore Oliver Sawyer had 15 points and 14 rebounds for Uxbridge.
