Shepherd Hill captured seven events at Tantasqua Regional, as Caleb White won the 600 (1:34.0) and the 55 hurdles (8.0), while Cody Kingman won the mile (4:57.90), Drew Cutress won the shot put (39-0), Hunter Schultz won the 2 mile (11:11.90) and Elijah Fossas took the 1,000 (2:49.9). and the Rams also took the 800 relay (1:46.60). Tantasqua's Liam Seguin won the high jump (5-9) and teammate Paul James won the 300 (39.5). Woodstock's Chandepaul Hamilton took the 55 (6.6).
