Georgetown's Johnnie Spears won the tournament MVP award after averaging 15 points and 11 assists at the Old Spice Classic in Orlando, Fla. Sophomore Justin Assad hit the winning 3-pointer with 11 seconds remaining and finished with 14 points for the Highlanders.
