Senior forward Hugh O'Neil drilled a three from the top of the key to bring Lexington within 1 point (48-47) with just over one minute left. Junior guard James Laurenzi corralled a long offensive rebound and drove in for a layup to put Lexington up, 49-48, with 15 seconds left. Acton-Boxboro had a final chance but Lexington stole the ball to clinch the win.
