Kristen Fechtelkotter dumped in a game-high 16 points to power the No. 2 Mustangs (21-2) past the visiting seventh-seeded Rangers (11-10) in a Central Mass. Division 2 first round game. Medfield advances to face No. 3 Hopkinton in the semifinals at noon on Sunday at Fitchburg State. Tori Flahive had 14 points and Amy Wilichowski added 13 points to pace Westboro.
