Elena Shand (21 points) sent the game into overtime with a basket with eight seconds left off a give-and-go from Lisa Gifford (17), and Kathy Andreu (10) hit a key trey with about two minutes left in overtime to help the sixth-seeded Crusaders (16-4) oust the visiting No. 11 Bulldogs (11-9) and advance to the quarterfinals of the Central Mass. Division 4 Tournament. South Lancaster will play at third-seeded West Boylston at 7 p.m. Saturday. It was South Lancaster's first victory ever in the Central Mass. Tournament. The Crusaders trailed by seven with 2:38 left in regulation when they surged to tie the game at 42 and send it into overtime. Megan Skinner led Monty Tech with 20 points and Brandi Richard had 12.
