Austin Coene poured in a game-high 24 points and Drew Hurynowicz added 17 points to power the second-seeded Tigers (21-2) past the ninth-seeded Rockets (16-8) in the Central Mass. Division 3 final at WPI. Tyngsboro will play the winner of Saturday's Western Mass. championship game between Sabis and Hoosac in a state semifinal at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the MassMutual Center in Springfield. Mike Thomas scored 13 points and Conor Scully finished with 12 for Auburn, which led by four at the half, 33-29.
