Shrewsbury put together a dominating performance on both ends of the ice, getting goals from six players and holding the Bombers (14-6-3) to just 10 shots to win their Division 3 state semifinal matchup at the MassMutual Center in Springfield. The Colonials (20-2-1) will play Hanover in the Division 3 state championship at 11 a.m. Sunday at TD Garden in Boston. David Belbin scored at 10:58 of the opening period and Tyler O'Keefe at 6:03 of the second as Shrewsbury led 2-0 after two periods. The Colonials broke the game open with four goals in the third, with Sean Hallice, Trevor Shea, Dan Quinlivan and Jack Quinlivan scoring. Jack Quinlivan recorded two assists - Hallice, Belbin, Shea and Dan Quinlivan each added one helper. Shrewsbury goalie Will Shipman turned away all 10 shots he faced for his third shutout of the season.
