The $1.2 million home sits on a 27-acre compound has been described by the owner as “an ongoing experiment in architectural improvisation.” The compound is located at 132 Bull Hill Road and includes a guest house, features several towers that can be reached by ladder, an in-ground pool, a laundry building, and his-and-her toolsheds. The home has three bedrooms, one full and two partial baths, and 2,365 square feet. However, the guest house adds one more bedroom, a full bath, and roughly 800 more square feet of living space.
