Home showings were down 20 percent in May, according to a report the National Association of Realtors released in late June, but this is a slower rate compared with the 50 percent year-over-year decline in April.
The South had the smallest year-over-year decline in showings (9 percent), while the Northeast had the largest (46 percent).
