Peek inside three Back Bay homes that sold for $7 million-plus this week

These prices pale in comparison, however, to the $17.2 million a Commonwealth Avenue home garnered.

Though the biggest sale in Boston so far this year dropped on June 22, when 25 Commonwealth Ave. sold for $17,200,000, there were four other purchases this week worth noting: Three other Back Bay condos sold for more than $7,000,000, and a single-family home in the neighborhood went for $4,000,000.
