There were two $5 million-plus sales this week, both in Back Bay — one a town home on Hereford Street, the other a condo on Boylston Street.
There were also two $3 million-plus sales. A 6,320-square-foot single-family in Winchester went for $3,295,000 and a new Colonial in Wellesley sold for $3,220,000.
