At $3.8 million, Back Bay home tops our list of the priciest sales

A Seaport District unit and homes in West Newton and Weston round out our list.

A three-bedroom Back Bay town house that sold for $3,825,000 came in No. 1 on our weekly tally of the priciest sales. A Seaport District unit offering one bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and harbor views followed, selling for $2,350,000. A West Newton house with a mahogany library and a Weston Colonial with five bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths rounded out our list, going for $2,320,000 and $2,300,000, respectively. This renovated unit inside The Abbott boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a master suite with three custom closets. The living room features built-ins and a gas fireplace. Not to be outdone, the kitchen offers quartz counters with waterfall edges, an island, and high-end appliances. Additional amenities include an in-unit laundry setup and parking. The 2,475-square-foot residence sold for $3,825,000 on Tuesday, according to listing agent Mary Conner, who represented the home along with Julie Harrison and Arianna Brown of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.
