NEMA Boston, a 21-story Seaport tower with 414 luxury apartments, has released new photos that show off resident perks at the high-tech high-rise.
For those looking to get to work at 399 Congress St., check out the CoWork space and Creators Suite. The Creators Suite offers 3D printing and scanning capabilities, as well as coding and design stations, while CoWork features an industrial feel with screen-sharing and individual workstations against a backdrop of downtown Boston.
And when it comes time to blow off steam, NEMA offers a host of entertainment amenities. A media lounge provides a 159-inch screen set opposite a modern couch and individual theater-style seats (with cupholders). An arcade with floor-to-ceiling windows is furnished with a bar, pool table, and a 98-inch TV. Additional entertainment spaces include a rooftop lawn and drive-in movie screen, demonstration kitchen, and a heated top-floor pool. Residents will also have the opportunity to connect through virtual and outdoor in-person events, including book clubs and wreath-making classes.
Or if breaking a sweat is more your speed, the building’s fitness center features a spa suite, yoga studio, and strength training and cardio equipment. Personal training, group classes, and wellness events by a dedicated fitness team are also available.
And at the Skyline Lounge and Skyline Terrace, renters are treated to views of the Seaport District and downtown. Seating abounds on the outdoor terrace, with glass walls that offer unobstructed views of the city. There are heat lamps to prolong the outdoor fun, and the indoor lounge with a fireplace provides a warm refuge. Pets are pampered at the Pet Spaw station.
NEMA Boston is now leasing available units from studios up to three-bedrooms for immediate move-in. Prices range from $2,475 to $7,880 per month.
The residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank flooring, smart thermostats, blackout and sheer thermal shades, Caesarstone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, and keyless entries. Some units offer kitchen islands, full-size washers and dryers, wine refrigerators, dual vanity bathrooms, and a den/office.
